The NexxtDrive Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors consists of the four members of the management team plus:

Andrew Paszkowski - Non-Executive Director

Andrew has over 25 years of general management experience in engineering, marketing and business development. He was a Project Director at Gulf Oil International and then joined Texaco as a Divisional Managing Director. In both positions he was responsible for executing major start-up projects.

He joined specialist private equity investor Nova Capital Management in 2003, as an Operating Partner. Andrew has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, is a chartered engineer and holds a Masters Degree in International Marketing.

John Knappenberger - Non-Executive Director

John was until recently a Vice President of Dura Automotive Inc of Southfield, Michigan, a Tier 1 supplier to General Motors, BMW and many other major automotive OEM's. Previously he worked for TRW and United Technologies. In November 2007 he took up the position of president and CEO of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (the US accreditation body for management systems) based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He brings broad experience of the automotive industry and insights and assistance in development and marketing of new technologies in North America and other markets.
