NexxtDrive's technologies are ideally suited to use in off road machinery where many applications require, or can benefit from, precise control of speed and torque under constantly varying loads.
iBelt can be used for more efficient control of engine auxiliary devices such as fans, air conditioning units etc. NexxtDrive's patented Reversing iBelt system can also provide the capability to reverse fan drive system, clutchlessly, in order to provide reverse flow through the radiator for cleaning in dusty or debris filled conditions. This will provide higher efficiency of cooling and reduced fuel usage and downtime.
NexxtPTO can provide an electro-mechanical power take-off with a precise control of user-selected constant output speed. This system can be used not only to replace the conventional PTO of a tractor or other motive unit, but also to replace complex belt or hydraulic drive systems in forage harvesters, balers, combine harvesters, sprayers etc. The use of excess electrical power from the drive system rather than mechanical or hydraulic linkage will increase overall vehicle efficiency, and further reduce fuel consumption.
SuperGen can provide the means of significantly increasing low speed boost on diesel engines. It can provide high rates of EGR at low speed thereby helping to eliminate smoke at start up, and harmful particulate and other emissions. Its capacity to provide low speed boost makes it an ideal downsizing enabler.
The DualDrive transmission provides a much simpler and more precise control than existing or proposed mechanical IVT solutions. It can be applied into the drive systems of tractors, telehandlers, skid-steer loaders, sprayers, combine harvesters or any other machinery with a drive-train. It's hybrid capability can be useful in instances where equipment is required to be operated for a period in all-electric mode, for example in buildings such as feed operations, poly-tunnels or green houses. DualDrive will also significantly reduce fuel consumption due to its higher efficiency.
